“We recognise the precious environment that gives us our livelihood in tourism, and we want to preserve it. To do this, we need input, professional advice, learnings, and best practices – adapted to our pressing needs in a small developing island nation.”

By hosting GSTC2025 in Fiji, the conference aims to highlight the Pacific region’s unique sustainability challenges and opportunities, emphasizing the importance of climate resilience and conservation in island destinations worldwide.
