CARIBBEAN: Valor Hospitality Partners has expanded to the Caribbean in a strategic partnership with Cove Bay Developments.
The collaboration marks Valor’s first Caribbean venture and includes the management of Plymouth Peninsula Tobago, a luxury destination set to open in 2027.
Designed and developed by Cove Bay Developments with UK-based architect Herman Morgan the Plymouth Peninsula Tobago will serve as a showcase for Valor’s expertise in new build luxury and lifestyle hospitality, with a focus on sustainable resort design and local integration.
Plymouth Peninsula Tobago will feature a collection of luxury apartments available for purchase with managed rental opportunities for owners, alongside a range of hospitality offerings and signature restaurants.
There will be a beach club and wellness and curated guests experiences.
The development will prioritise sustainable practices, local hiring and long-term community impact – aligning closely with the goals of the Tobago Tourism Board, where Cove Bay Development’s leadership has played a supportive role.
Valor is looking at a broader pipeline of projects currently in development across the region.
