UK: Entries for AltoVita’s corporate accommodation event and awards ceremony, The Altos, are open.
Now in its fifth year, The Altos recognise the most innovative and tech savvy hospitality operators in the industry today.
Hospitality operators and technology vendors can enter for free across 10 categories, including Sustainability, Interior Design and Safety & Security.
The awards categories are: Best Sustainability Initiative, Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative, Best Interior Design, Most Innovative Use of Technology, Excellence in Safety and Security Best Hospitality Provider – Europe, Best Hospitality Provider – Middle East & Africa, Best Hospitality Provider – APAC, Best Hospitality Provider – North America/LATAM and Rising Star.
Danni Prior, head of hospitality growth operations, AltoVita, said: “We’re looking forward to celebrating achievements across the corporate accommodation sector over the last 12 months.
“We’re grateful to have the opportunity to showcase all the hard work and innovation made by both emerging and existing players within the short-term and extended stay rental market. And I’m particularly excited about seeing all the entries for our popular Rising Star category, which helps the industry discover the change-makers of tomorrow.”
As official media partners for The Altos, Sustainable Hotel News will be at the event on December 2nd, which includes an afternoon of thought leadership discussions, bringing together a range of industry leaders who will share expert insights.
An afternoon of panels will “take the pulse” of hospitality trends across the Middle East, as well as exploring the heightened importance of traveller safety and security.
In the evening the event transforms into a formal awards ceremony and following the on-stage collection of trophies, celebrations continue with an after-party from 7pm until 10pm, complete with the signature AltoVita cocktails.
Joy Abi-Aad, marketing director, AltoVita, said: “Following our very first Altos in 2020 (which was online during the pandemic), it’s been fantastic to see this event go from strength to strength. Seeing the industry connect, collaborate and most importantly celebrate so many achievements at The Cheesegrater in London last year, it’s clear that The Altos has come a long way.”
The deadline for entries to the awards is November 4, 2024, with the shortlist set to be revealed mid-November.
Entries can be submitted here.
Submissions will be judged by a panel of industry experts, which will be announced soon.
The Winners will be revealed at The Altos on December 2, 2024, at the Ham Yard Hotel in London
Tickets for The Altos are free and available for hospitality operators and other specialists in corporate accommodation. Early registration is encouraged.
