
MARKETPLACE: Sustainability consultancy Considerate Group has partnered with Foodprint Group, a zero waste solutions provider to launch bespoke, end-to-end zero waste programmes tailored for the hospitality sector.
Waste management remains a significant challenge for hotels. This partnership will bring together the respective technologies — Foodprint Group’s Foodprint Trax® a real-time waste tracking and carbon reporting platform and Considerate Group’s Con-Serve™ ESG data management system.
The result is a powerful solution that offers hotel operators enhanced visibility into their waste streams, actionable strategies to reduce waste, and robust reporting capabilities to demonstrate ESG performance to stakeholders.
The partnership has been piloted over the past two years with Starwood Hotels across both Europe and the US, and it has delivered impressive results.
